The "Aldın Aldın" mobile application ("App") is developed and operated by an independent individual software developer operating under the name "CO Apps" ("we", "us"). "CO Apps" is not a registered trade name; it is the developer's app/brand name, and all rights and obligations under this Policy belong directly to the developer. This Privacy Policy explains, in our capacity as data controller, what personal data we collect, how we process it, with whom we share it, and what your rights are, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related secondary legislation, and — for users accessing the App from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland — the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
This Policy applies to all users of the App, whether using the free version or a premium subscription.

To provide its core functions, the App uses the following third-party SDKs/services. These services process limited data under their own privacy policies:
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party data brokers for marketing purposes. Any "sale" or "sharing" is limited solely to the service providers listed above, for the purpose of operating the App's functions, and under contractual data processing obligations.
Some of the service providers we use (Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple) may process data on servers located outside Turkey (e.g., in the US or EU). These transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions, in line with KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, consistent with our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has provided us with data without such consent, we will delete that data immediately. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right to complain to the authority: If you are located in Turkey and believe your request has not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu), in accordance with KVKK Art. 14.
Additional GDPR right: If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.
Sale/sharing notice: We never sell your personal data for monetary consideration.

Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS in transit, credentials encrypted by Firebase Authentication) and access controls. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we take reasonable technical and administrative measures.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice or on this page. The current version is always published at this address. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
